Manually installing SEQTA app on a device

These steps are suitable for parents who already have an account setup and can successfully log into SEQTA Engage using a web-browser.

1. On the device you want to install the app go to the App Store or Google Play.
2. Search for SEQTA Engage then download, install and open the app.
   Steps for installing from App store: Click Get, then Install, if prompted type access code or use thumbprint, Click Open
   Step for installing from Google play: Click Install, Click Open
3. Click Next until the Manual setup option displays
4. Enter the schools website URL: https://parent.ascollege.wa.edu.au or for students https://student.ascollege.wa.edu.au and click Continue
5. Enter your username and password

If the above process is not successful please contact the SEQTA Service desk (school admin staff), or the school (parents). Be sure to note which device they are using (eg. iPhone, android) as well as any errors or details of how far in the setup process they are getting.

Logging out of SEQTA app

The logout process if different depending on the device being used.

Logging out using an android

1. Open the SEQTA app
2. Click on the menu button
3. Scroll down and click the Log out button

Logging out using an iPad or iPhone

1. Open the SEQTA app
2. Click on the menu button
3. Select the green up arrow
4. Select Remove school
