What do I do if my computer is not charging?

  • Check that your charger to make sure everything is plugged in properly - the wall socket, the power bank and the USB to the computer.
  • If you're still having problems, test whether it's the charger or the computer that's not working.

  • If you have a detachable screen, try plugging the charger into the screen. If it starts charging, you can be confident it's not the charger and it is only the keyboard that has issues.
  • Alternatively, try testing the charger with someone else's computer. If the computer charges, there is something wrong with your charger. If the computer doesn't charge, there is something wrong with the charger.

Either way, it must be brought to the TSC to be fixed.
