  • Ensure your files are saved to your OneDrive.
  • Copy the files to an external storage device (e.g a hard drive)
  • Ensure the external storage device is kept safe, or copy them to another computer (like your Home PC).
  • From here, if you want to offload these files (right-click the folder and select "Free up Space") they will still be accessible through OneDrive, or storage device.
