What do I do if I can't undock my keyboard?

Do not attempt to force the screen off the keyboard.

Check on the left side of the keyboard to see if the keyboard lock is engaged. There will be a small oval with a padlock symbol on either side. If you can see an orange square, the keyboard lock is engaged and must be unlocked. You can slide the lock in the other direction so that the orange colour is no longer visible to disengage the lock.

If you still cannot easily get the keyboard off, bring it to the TSC. Once again, do not attempt to force the screen off the keyboard.
