What do I do if my email doesn't work when I am signing in to an application?

Make sure when using your email you are using your username and not your full name.

e.g. John Smith who graduates in 2021. He should use l21smitj@allsaints.wa.edu.au, not john.smith@allsaints.wa.edu.au.

Also double-check that you are using your All Saints' Password.
