What do I do if my laptop is broken?
If any part of your computer's hardware is broken, email Helpdesk@allsaints.wa.edu.au describing what part of your machine is broken, or visit the TSC during college school hours.
If your machine won't turn on, or you are unable to access your emails on your machine, use another device to send the email. (see How do I access office 365 from another device?)
Any damage that happens while the laptop was in its bag is covered by insurance and will cost $100.
