How do I order lunch online?

Before you can order lunch online, please ensure your parents have created an account. Ask your parents to follow this guide to create an account.

Access QuickCliq via the following URL: https://quickcliq.com.au/ and login with the details your parents setup.

Afterwards determine if you are logged into the parent or student QuickCliq page:

If you are logged into the parent account, the first page you see should be a page listing every child added to the account. The top right corner should also show "<surname> Family". If you are logged into the student version, you will get taken straight to the ordering screen (and the upper right corner should show your fullname).

Student Account:

When you open the Student version of QuickCliq, you will be automatically taken to the ordering screen with the earliest date the canteen is open pre-selected. You can change this by clicking in the box and selecting a different date. Choose between either recess or lunch in the "Select Meal" menu, and then tick the items you want and click "Place Order".

Parent Account:

First click the "Meal Order" button in the menu. In the first box, select who to order lunch for. The order date will then pre-fill with the earliest date the canteen is open. You can change this by clicking on the box. Unlike the Student Account, you must first tick the items you want and then click "Add To Cart". Under confirm order check everything is correct, and then click "Pay & Place Order".
