Outlook has a feature that allows you to know when a message has been delivered, read, or both. Much like most social media services.
In the message just click options, then the 3 dots and the buttons are there.
When your recipients have received it or read it, it then generates an email notification for you, saying who has received/read your email.
No more wondering if your email’s been read or not. And no more people pretending they haven’t received it.
